ABOUT SPATIAL SERVICES
Spatial Services GmbH was founded in 2015 as a spin-off from the University of Salzburg – Department of Geoinformatics. As a small company, we combine scientific findings from geoinformatics and Earth observation with practical digital solutions. Through our close ties to the Department of Geoinformatics (Z_GIS), we leverage a network of research and development to make spatial data accessible to public institutions, municipalities, businesses, and non-governmental organizations.
We combine technological expertise with a clear understanding of societal challenges. Our solutions are developed in collaboration with diverse users, disciplines, and organizations. We prioritize clarity, accessibility, and the fair integration of various perspectives – from analysis to practical application. The following are particularly important to us:
